What can you expect?

During the TVM traineeship, you will gain experience within various departments, such as IT & Data Science, Actuarial, (Injury) Claims & Services, Transport & Logistics, Project and Risk Management, and Product Development. You will work on challenging assignments that match your interests, background, and development goals. Throughout the traineeship, you will carry out three different assignments within various business lines. In this way, you will discover where your passion and talents lie while contributing directly to our objectives.

Your development is central

Together with fellow trainees, a coach, and an extensive training program, you will discover how to get the best out of yourself. The traineeship lasts approximately three years, depending on your interests and growth. After eighteen months of assignments, you will move on to a permanent position within a business line that perfectly matches your talents.
