Global HR department
Aegon’s Global Human Resources department is responsible for building and maintaining strong HR practices, ensuring that throughout Aegon we have the talent we need and our employees are able and committed to perform to their best to serve our customers and other stakeholders. There are three main functional areas in the Global HR department focusing at (1) Culture, Leadership & Talent, (2) Operations and (3) Compensation & Benefits.
Similar to enhancing the customer experience Aegon works on improving the employee experience, applying agile ways of working and data driven decision making in improving and upgrading HR. Employee Experience collaborates closely with the 3 CoE’s. One of the projects for Employee Experience is the Global Employee Survey.
As an intern Employee Experience in Aegon’s Global HR team you will play a key role in the coordination of the Global Employee survey. You will be the contact person for the survey for colleagues worldwide and you will translate the survey results into input for management presentations. Your main tasks will involve:
- Connect with survey champions and provider
- Integrate translations for communications into the platform
- Analyze results and prepare presentation decks
- Define report sharing requirements and supply report sharing files
The internship position is open to bachelor or master students, studying in the direction of Communications, Marketing, HR or Business Administration. Your profile should include the following characteristics:
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues around the globe
- Comfortable working with a new platform
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Great sense of responsibility
We are looking for an intern who can start in September for a period of 6 months, 4 days a week.
