Media Team 2022-2023

Always wanted to develop yourself more in the field of Journalism and Marketing? Then the Media team is something for you!

The Media team offers you the opportunity to develop your creative skills in the areas of Journalism and Marketing. In this committee you will work with an average of 8 committee members on multimedia aspects. You can think of writing blogs, interviewing interesting professionals, filming MARUG events and organizing theme weeks, in which every day a theme related blog / special / interview is posted. As a Media team member you will also get more responsibility in making designs of instaposts on the MARUG Instagram account. But apart from that, the Media team also gives you all the space you need for your own ideas in the field of writing, filming, photography and editing. For example, if you always wanted to make a web series, start a magazine, start a podcast or any other creative idea, the Media team will give you the space to explore and execute these ideas. 

You don't have to have experience with Photoshop, Imovie or Indesign, because there will be help throughout the year to get this under control. 

After your committee time, you will have more experience in journalism and multimedia, more experience in Adobe programs, and also have had the opportunity to execute your own creative projects. In addition, you have learned to work together in a committee that stimulates each other's creativity and takes the Media Team to a professional level.
